We cater for corporate events, sporting events, weddings and any other special events.
Whether you want to utilise an area within the stunning property or want to experience any number of the on-site activities we can help design an experience around your requirements.
Rates for part or full booking of the Adventure Park available on request.
We can also arrange bus or shuttle services in and out of town and all venues are licensed to midnight.
FUNCTION FACILITIES
Base Café
Seats up to 100 - indoor/outdoor
Our main base Café has seating for 60 inside with a great indoor outdoor flow. Additional seating for up to another 40 people available on the deck and surrounding area. Increase capacity further with a Marquee on the lawn in front of the cafe deck.
Café and bar facilities along with numerous opportunities to experience the adventure park - bespoke itineraries available on request including team building or specific focus options.
Available for private bookings in the evening or day bookings for groups - in house catering and bar facilities available
Treetops Café
Comfortably seats up to 50
Situated 4km away from our Base area and sitting at 300m metres elevationamongst the treetops. The Treetops Café is a venue with a difference. Stunning views, sunsets and absolute privacy this venue is available for groups of up to 50, that is utilising seating of inside space and outside space.
The venue has drop down screens and halogen heaters to retain warmth on the cooler evenings.
The venue can only be accessed by the private 4x4 road which is limited to our own vehicles. Return transportation from our carpark is included as a per person rate in the venue hire.
Available for private bookings - Catering and bar facilities available however due to the nature and remoteness of this venue, services are limited, please enquire for further details
Catering services available
Our in-house catering comes from our Base Café kitchen and lead by our Head Chef Henric. Henric has an artistic way with food and flavours with extensive experience from some of Nelson’s top dining restaurants - keep an eye our for menu changes highlighting his exceptional pastry skills
Options range from Cheese & fruit platters, canape’s, grazing boards, gourmet BBQ buffets, fresh seasonal salads, seafood, and morning or afternoon tea platters. We will happily customize any of our menu’s for you or if you have a specific vision in mind we can create something completely bespoke.
All dietary requirements are catered for and will involve a delicious substitution at our chef’s discretion
